HP laptop tune up

Can't seem to get my HP laptop tune up to work. It looks like its running but doing nothing with an error message above. Any ideas how I can get it to work?

Not sure I thought it was just a click on the laptop.

No, it's probably a something like a re-branded version of TeamViewer or the like. It just allows someone to take control of your computer from afar.
But the things they would do for £79, we do here for nothing.

If something like the EEPROM needed reprogramming, they should do that at their cost, unless you had changed the Motherboard yourself.

Coincidentally - just running HP Tune-up now (to calibrate my battery - like watching paint dry...).
Mine was accesible from a boot option:-
    - DEL (or ESC at boot time cannot remember) EDIT: ESC key
    - system diagnostics (EDIT: F2)
    - tune up

Useful, thank you. I was looking at where to get the System Information remotely without running an external software tool.
