Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The winning entrant will receive a Ramsdens Mastercard® Prepaid Travel Card loaded with the equivalent of £250 in a choice of Euros or Dollars (to claim this Prize, the winning entrant must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or a photocard driving licence).
The Prize is non transferable. No substitution (including for cash) is permitted, but the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value to the Prize if for any reason the Prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these rules.
The Prize Draw is open to everyone who completes a survey.
The Prize Draw promotion period closes at midnight on 24th July 2013.
The winning entrant will be notified that they have won the Prize within two (2) days of the draw, by email.
The Prize Draw winner will be notified by email using the email address provided upon registering for the Panel. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication regarding delivery/acceptance of the Prize. The Prize winner will be invited to attend a photo opportunity for Ramsdens/SPFL promotional purposes at a First Round Ramsdens Cup game of their choice (this will include 2 tickets to the game), and will be invited into a local branch of their choice to register for the Travel Card no later than 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, or as soon as possible thereafter. Should the winner not respond to two successive attempts to contact them by email within the 30 day period, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize.

The winner will give permission for their name and town to be displayed online on the Ramsdens website, plus any other online/print publicity as required, this may also include photographic content.
The data collected will only be used for:
i) Administering this Prize Draw.
ii) Survey results
The data collected will never be:
i) Sold or passed onto 3rd parties
ii) Used to try to sell or market products to you.
