Moorcroft & Callcredit

I would be grateful for any advice. I have received a letter today from Moorcroft, the letter states that a company called Callcredit (never heard of them) has contacted them to advise there has been a change to my circumstances and to contact them.
I do not know what change there has been as I am still in the same position and pay MC money each month, without fail.
Please can anybody advise me.
Many thanks

Callcredit/Noddle is a credit reference agency.
Did Moorcroft elaborate on what apparently changed? A change of circumstances could mean anything. What will your verse be?

Don't call them, write to them by recorded delivery so that you have a record of what was said and any response. Keep a copy of any correspondence you send.
It's important that any communications and such are kept to writing when talking about financial matters. What will your verse be?

Thank you- really stress myself over things like this. I have never had problems with MC at all, as always pay each month.
Thank you for reassuring me a little. I will get a letter off in Mondays post recorded.0 -

Your letter should say you're not in a better position financially and propose to continue making payments as you have been.
There's no need to even ask what they think has changed, as if you're not in a better position financially then whatever has changed doesn't affect your agreement with Moorcroft. What will your verse be?
