unknown name on tax credits

I have been fighting several overpayments from the tax credits since 2005 dating from 2003-2007. 6 in total.

I have had a 5 page letter explaining everything regarding the overpayments from the tax credits through my mp.

I noticed at the begining it says" In May 2003 my income increased so my entitlement was reduced. I should also point out that Mr Rowley recieved WTC through his employer"

In the entire time i've been fighting this this is the first time this name has been mentioned. I do not know a Mr Rowley and never have done ever!!!

This seems really odd as this letter is so detailed and comes from the higher customer support manager.

Anyone else had this. why would this suddenly crop up now and no-one say anything!!. Could it be a typo??

this isn't a standard document though it's a 4-5 page breakdown of what i claimed since 2003 and when .

So are all the details correct, just the name error?

    Ring them up!

We got a couple of weird award letters.. and then a coverning letter to say our details had been sent to someone else.
