Hi,
Do you normally still have Permitted development rights after a house has already been extended through gaining planning permission?

Yes.
Providing Permitted Development Rights were not removed as a condition of the previous approval and the work falls within the PD rules including the previous work.0 -

OK that makes sense, thanks. So you can add outbuildings etc but need to check sizes of extensions against the 'original' house.
