Help My School PTA Please

Please help, i have offered to create an invite for my sons school Yr2 Leavers Party and am stuck with wording. I have a few ideas but they just dont seem to work. I am quite creative and can produce the document - we quite like the idea of a scroll, but i am really struggling with the wording. I have searched the internet for ideas but the only sites i can find charge to produce rhymes etc. Can anyone help?

Reason for party, where,when,who, reply name ,phone number and e-mail.

What to bring, what to wear(uniform or not)

Cost, if anything.

done on a nice background in nice font that is easy to read.

Don't try too hard- we recently had a printed request sent home asking for helpers for the school fun day- only Parents (Mums and Dads) could help.:rotfl: We didn't think that 'parents' needed clarifying, some other mistakes made us think it should have been spellchecked too.;)
Keep it simple and you can't go wrong.:D

I used to be a verse - writer & editor for Hallmark cards, so if you want me to knock up a few ideas I can
