Email Problem

I have received several emails from a solicitors office that I wish to forward to other people.
When I try to forward the emails Windows Live Mail freezes then has to be shut down via Task Manager.
At the very top right of the screen it says Fw then Japanese (JIS).
A quick Google shows this as Japanese Industry Standard.
Obviously got a setting wrong on my computer somewhere.....
but which one & where !!!
P.S.
I can forward the emails from my laptop OK.
Anybody any ideas ???

Not sure how to change the problems with your settings.

However, a quick fix to the problem would be -

Open solicitor's letter, hit reply. Then change recipient's address at the top to the email address of the person you wish to forward to.

Just add a little note at top (in body of email) or Subject line, to clarify

Press Send

It doesn't solve the problem, but at least you could send copies.

Update on the problem............
Have upgraded from Windows Live Mail 2009 to 2011.
Problem fixed !!
