Hi all
Not too sure if this is in the right sub category so sorry if it is not,.
I placed a large order in the next sale and had 7 bags delivered and signed for on 13th July 2013.
There was one bag that had a rip in it but assumed it had just been caught on something. i opened the packages and there were no invoices in any of the 7 parcels.
So i went online under my account order tracking and printed out the delivered section and went through the items one by one. phoned next up and they have said that there should have been more in the parcels than the 63 items that are showing under my account delivered section??
The lady said she will send me some blank returns slips so i can put the items on that i would like to return and we will sort the rest afterwards but if i do this am i going to cause more confusion than help, i have emailed customer relations and explained the problem and am waiting for a reply.
Has this happened to anyone else before and whats the best way to deal with the problem please.
