BOS Vantage account

I have looked on the BOS website, but failed to find the answer to this, can anyone help................

I am a non-taxpayer, I have 3 BOS Vantage accounts which I use as savings accounts, all 3 have £5k in them. OH is a basic rate taxpayer, so I do not want to share any of these 3 accounts with him

We would like to open a joint Vantage account to use as a main current account, does the fact that I already have 3 sole accounts preclude this?

No idea. But phoning BOS is probably a good place to start.

(I'd assume in any case that you cannot make more than three classic accounts into vantage with your name on - whether or not you can open a fourth classic account by way of a joint name)

Don't know whether this is any help as we have Lloyds Vantage not BOS.

We have a joint Lloyds Vantage (from which all our bills are paid) and I have 2 Lloyds Vantage accounts just in my name, as I am a non taxpayer. All three accounts show on internet banking. HTH

Dropped into our BOS branch today, they confirmed that a joint account would count as one of the 3 a person is permitted to hold, so I would need to convert one of mine to a joint account if we wanted one.
