As this is illegal (unless you tell the person you are communicating with first), I doubt you'll get much satisfaction from this.henceforth I will record every conversation I have with any company I do business with and suggest you do too.
Better to just resolve not to be mis-sold in a manner that cannot be proven in future!0 -

You can record a phone call if you use it for your own purpose, if you pass that to a third party then that is prohibited unless you let the person you are recording know that this will be passed on and they consent.0
