Possible Red Light Offence - GATSO on other side of road

Hi All,
I understand that previous forums were discussing GATSO forward facing for speed offenses.
However, I am concerned about passing a red light yesterday, after which I realized that there was a RED LIGHT GATSO CAMERA on the other side of the road. It could have caught my number plate easily as I was moving towards it. It was a bright sunny day yesterday and I could not detect any flash.
I came back to the site and found that the sensors wires were also embedded on my side of the road (before and after white stop line), which could have triggered the GATSO on the other side of the road.
However, the GATSO on the other side of the road could not see whether my lights were RED or GREEN, hence there cannot be any evidence for court.
The Streetview for the location is: goo.gl/maps/ZY4vk (you can assume me the black car driving towards the camera on the other side)
Appreciate if I can have your comments. I am very concerned about this, as I am a foreigner on Work permit, and if I am fined, it can jeopardize my extension application in few months.
Last year, I attended a course for crossing a RED LIGHT as well. My license is luckily just over two years old now. If caught, I would definitely get 3 points on my license and a fine of £60 (I guess).
Many thanks for your time and reply (in advance).
Regards,
Benzene (and yes... I know I have made a big and life-threatening mistake!

GATSO Red light cameras are only set up for traffic moving away from the forward-facing cameras.
OTOH red light accidents are some of the worst in urban areas - and you already got prosecuted for this.0 -
Many thanks for your reply.
Yes! I do admit my mistake. I have committed myself to give £100 charity to RoadPeace (supporting crash victims and reducing road danger) to get this guilt off me if I am not nicked.
I do feel extremely bad about this anyway.0 -
You have 14 days to receive a NIP, if in the unlikely event one arrives if it is after 14 days the envelope is the most import part of the document.Be happy...;)0
