Iv just changed my bank account with cb and ctc
One of my friends was saying you get a one off payment when changing bank details I dont see how this is possible
Also how long does it take for them to change my details

Its possible as any change of circs on your claim can cause a one off payment. it doesnt always happen but it can happen so you are advised just in case you do get one.
As for the timescale, it should be done quite fast (maybe a week)No One I Think Is In My Tree.:cool:0
