Case of very flat lager! (Ordered Online) Seller refusing to help. Advice Appreciated

Morning all.
I bought a case of lager for a friends party online. It cost £55 (I should point out that the friends in question have coeliac disease so this was a wheat free Estrella Damm lager which was a lot pricier than normal)
It was delivered by Yodel and went straight into a chest fridge and was there for a couple of days. Come the party, Sunday, opened the lagers and they were all flat as a pancake. Very disappointing.
I contacted the vendor who simply said it must be the way they were stored by either myself or yodel and I should make a claim from them or I should contact Estrella in Barcelona to advise them of the problem.
Any advice on this one please?

Did you drink them? Do you still have a few to return? I could see your case (no pun intended) if you had most of them left for proof, but I will for this case assume they are all drunk (again no pun intended) and the party continued on regardless.0

12 were opened but the rest have been left. I've kept all the bottles with batch codes etc on and a few of them still have the beer in it.0
