Beach Trip Help

Hiya

We live in Wolverhampton (2 adults and a 21 month old) and I am trying to find where the cheapest train trip is we could take tomorrow for the day to go to a beach. I have so far looked at Tywynn & Aberystwyth. And cheapest I can find is £39.20 return (anytime).

I was wondering if any MSE'ers know of a cheaper travel/discount etc.

    Thansk for that. Sorry the £39.20 is for the both of us not each which is v.low. I was just testing that i hadnt missed something :D

    I also use nhsdiscounts as a staff member and trainline are on there but all the prices I ever get on there are the same as standard prices on national rail, virgin, redspottedhanky etc.
