Hi,

I sold a item to a buyer in Portugal on the 26th June sent standard airmail.

12th July they opened a Item Not Received case and I replied to the case asking to allow a few days longer for delivery and to let me know if it hasn't arrived and I'd be happy to refund.

My question is if they just escalate this case to ebay customer support without replying and giving me the chance to refund what happens next?

Is that an automatic strike on my seller dashboard under Buyer protection cases?

Hi,

I do not believe DSRs from other countries count as much as ones from the UK - I think the dashboard is split into UK / Rest of world or something like that.

If it gets to day 10 and is escalated then it will count as a strike on your expanded dashboard. You need to refund before the time frame for escalation is up.
