Claiming on PC World Warranty

I bought a laptop in January with 1 years warranty from PC World. Got a problem with one of my USB ports so am going to claim.

Just wanted to know what the best way to tackle PC world will be. Can I turn upto one of their stores for them to sort while I wait? Do they by any chance come out and repair at my place of work?

Anyone with experiance of this who could offer me an inisght of the best way to tackle this - I would appreciate it very much. Thanks

You should read the PC world warranty document, and follow its instructions on how to claim?
