Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if someone can help me with the process.
We are now at valuation stage, valuation and home buyers is due to take place next Monday.
and we've paid for the searches
Just wondering roughly how long it will take and what happens next0 -
Sassy - depends on your lender I think? Some people get a formal offer hours after valuation, others then go theough underwriting so it takes a few days.0

Keeping everything crossed today - its valuation day! The house we are buying has had a massive extension put on so we're are hoping the estate agent valued it correctly and that we haven't over-offered!
Anyone else had a quick report back from a Natwest valuation recently or are we likely to be waiting until next week?0 -
Our valuation was done on Monday morning, and Natwest got the results on Tuesday.
We also had them do a homebuyers survey for us, and received that on Wednesday afternoon.
Our application is still with the underwriters, but at least we know the valuation matched our purchase price, which was a worry as we'd not have the cash to fund any difference.0 -
Had an email from our MA today. Valuation is booked in for the 21st!0

Hi
My evaluation happened last week, just got an email saying that an offer letter is being sent to me and my solicitor.
Does this mean I have passed the underwriting phase?0 -

Hi Tombstone yes if you are getting the offer you have passed the underwriting stage and they are happy with the valuation.
Good Luck with your house move0 -
