hi can u tell me if i can claim ppi back even if myself and the loan company came to agreement which was about £10.000 less of what i owed them will they get the money or me if i was owed anything thanks x

Actually, if you still owe them 10,000, I'd imagine that the amount borrowed was much larger than that and probably included a hefty whack of PPI.
You can complain about it, but as already said, they can use any redress against amounts outstanding or written off, but you may get the interest portion of the complaint.

it was from the funding corporation and we had a loan of £30,000 but then came out of work so was paying the bare minimum and the loan increassed to 54,000 so we sold our house but had £10,000 less of what we owed so they agreed to take £10,000 less it was in 2007 many thanks x0
