So today has finally arrived and now the wait is on for the solicitors call, which we have been told can be anything from 11am onwards. Our last sale completed half eleven, so hoping for an early phone call.
I'm not panicked, rushed or fazed at all by the move today as 75% of our possessions are in storage. We are moving some bits today and remainder tomorrow, so kids are excited to be getting back their garden games that's been in storage.
Finally we can enjoy this sun in our new home and relax
Thanks again to everyone again for all advice and help

So get with the cool drink this evening then, which will be champagne in your case:T
Congratulations and also a tiny bit jealous, as I'm about 7 weeks behind you (guesstimate exchange date early August, so that will be early September then).0 -
Good luck hope all goes well, I hate waiting for that call. We complete next Friday.0

You'll be there very soon, it took 2 weeks from thinking we were going to exchange to actually doing it, not due to delay on our part but due to unanswered questions to my sellers solicitor for her new build property
Best of luck0 -
