However, how are you pretty sure that no-one but you can see ?

Unless you are in the position that you could see the screen of what the lender can and can not see or you were asking the Bank when you were applying for credit cards, mortgage, current account with overdraft, I will say it is just speculative statement.
When I posted last night (suggesting you search the Experian website for 'unrecorded enquiries') I nearly supplied a link to the article that the Experian Rep subsequently provided later in this thread.

It seems both of us wasted our time replying to your thread, being as if you'd done as we suggested you wouldn't have made the above statement!
The fact that few money laundering searches when opening a saving account are recorded on your credit file when vast majority are not is already alarming ?
Not to me. And no-one other than myself and the CRA can see them anyway.
Why do few banks report the money laundering searches if it can not be used ?
So YOU know that a search has been made.

I know English isn't your first language (by your use of English!), but surely you can see that you're wrong here?...especially when you're in a minority of one (in this thread)!

Evidence has been supplied, lots of people have input into this but still you harp on.

I can only conclude that you are a troll. Thread reported.
