Parking Eye PCN - help with POPLA appeal please

-
Your appeal is very long and we have already one appeal rejected where a motorist asked for the PPC to provide a copy of the contract to POPLA,they didn't and the adjudicator made no mention.
You have jumped about a bit on your contract with the PPC, the contract that the PPC has with the landowner, then back to your contract or lack of it with the PPC.
I would sectionalise you points with section numbers. You have at least 3.
I would put in bold your requirement for the PPC to provide POPLA with any demand you made, such as the PPC/Landowner contract.
Don't let your points be lost amongst all the references and clearly separate the points.
Apart from that suggestion, your appeal is excellent.0
