Do i still sign on at the Job Centre if im working 15 hours and earning about £90. Eventhough i will not be getting any money as im earning more, would i still need to sign on since im working less than 16 hours? Or whats the procedure generally...as i tried ringing job centre to find out but been on hold and wasted all my credits!

yeah you can sign off if you want or you can continue to sign
you wont get any cash off them as you earn more than they would give you but by signing you will still get your stamp paid for you, ie your national insurance contributionsmortui non mordent0 -
what stamp paid for?0

your stamp is just another name for national insurance contributions, when you reach pension age it is used then to calculate how much pension you are entitled to.
in a perfect world there should be 52 every year, 1 for each week and then you get the full amount of the pension of the government, or thats my understanding of it anywaymortui non mordent0
