A-Level certificates lost in the post!

Hi,
My college sent my A-Level certificates to me in the post in April, but I haven't yet received anything. I've called them up and they tell me that they take no responsibility, and I have to take the matter up with RM.
I know that the prospects are bleak, but I was wondering if anyone knows what I can possibly do about it. The package was sent 1st class standard, and obviously I wasn't the sender so I was wondering if I can actually make a claim. I don't want to pay for more certificates because it'll cost £160, but I really do need them for my records.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Jenny

I think the sender or receipient can make a claim for lost post and you have to fill in a form with lots of details. It's all on the RM website

I've talked to my college and they've told me that they aren't willing to take any responsibility at all, and won't complete the claim form
I suppose that there's nothing I can do and I'll just have to buy new certificates?Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0
