Is this a sign of a virus?

Hey guys,

I wasn't sure to put this here or the eBay board.

I am using Firefox.

I was just doing a search on eBay and it is loading weird, the page will load and then a few seconds later the whole page will shift to put adverts at the top, not sure if this is just the adverts or my computer. It's really annoying because as I click on a listing it all shifts and the wrong listing loads up.
Also, while looking at an item I press the back button or the back to search results button and it doesn't take me back. I look at the address bar and it just reloads the page I'm on.
Has anyone suffered this before on eBay or any other website?
