When i am typing the page goes on to a four page grid EGPage one then across to page two, then under page one for three and under pagetwo for page four..
BUT i want Page onethen underneath page one is two and so on
I have office pro2010 if that helps

Make sure you are on the 'view' tab. Then on the far left hand side of the ribbon I'm guessing that the 'print layout' button is selected? The next button along is full screen reading, then you have three options with the bottom one being 'draft'. Select that one - it will make things look more as you expect.
Alternatively, stay in page layout view and either zoom the document so you are viewing it at a larger size, or resize the window to make it smaller, and that will push the additional pages so that they appear one underneath each other.0 -

A quick way to zoom in and out, press CTRL key and scroll in and out using the mouse.0
