Online pharmacy - Non delivery of order

I am having difficulty getting a response from an online pharmacy. I made an order on 15th April 2007 & when it had not arrived I emailed them on 17th May. they replied saying that they would re-ship the order but they required confirmation of my address. I sent this on the 20th & then received a second request for my address which I sent on 27th. since then I have requested a refund. The site I ordered through was :-

& I have tried all three telephone numbers for customer services to no avail - they either ring out or are engaged. The site indicates that the holding company is registered in Gibraltar.
The billing on my credit card indicates that the purchase was billed by IP Rxmedstoday.com I have looked at the site below:-
http://ip-rxpharmacysales.com/terms.php
which has a facility to track orders but I am reluctant to use it as it requests the credit card number & is not a secure site as far as I can see.
I wonder if anyone knows where I might pursue my claim for a refund?

Just recently started looking at this site. Most of you seem totally balanced and have points to make. Yes, we can all rant and then amend. Really horrified by some really unjustified and abrasive comments and feel they are totally out of order. Opposite thoughts are OK but worded correctly. I think a relatively new poster is being a bit of a troll. Please Board Guides do something about it as this whole site has such a good reputation.

i am having the same issue as the person above. i went to the site for the live chat and they repliedto my email finally after 3 tries. i wouldnt worry about posting your card # on there because without the proper information like you billing zip or #'s from the back of your card u should not worry too much about them using your card. i have been able to access my information everytime but i have still not received any product or refunds and just now got a response. it reads:
Dear David,
I have contacted the merchant to confirm with you the details of your shipping
and tracking information. Please allow 72 hours for the merchant to provide the
shipping details for your order.
If the merchant doesn't reply back to this email in the time frame provided,
please reply back to this email for the next step.
Please note that we (live-operator.com) are the payment processing gateway for
several hundred companies, as a part of this service we also provide billing and
service support for the transactions that we process.

i will repost as soon as i hear more information. if these people never send me my product or money is there anyone out there who would know what my best course of action would be?

Hello Im new to this site but came across it while trying to find out about a company of online meds did the same to me as the people above. I ordered from an online pharmacey called BestMeds I ordered in April this year and after three attempts by them to resend ect .....I asked for a full refund and got the same thing...you will recieve your money we appologise it should be in your bank...ect ect.
I askeded for the head of the company's name and address or phone number and was fobbed off time and time again, yesterday I was told sorry we dont have your money the people who take the payment out of your account contact us and we send the meds...f.... likely story the company name on my bank statement is IP_Rxpharmacysales but I have no way of contacting them any ideas ???0
