Tesco credit card query

Hey!
I use the tesco cards to do up the house [big credit limit, big 0% purchases time]
About to move again but have till January to pay off the current tesco card.
If I pay the card off in full now. Kill the card. Can I immediately reapply for another one thus resetting the 21 months 0% time?
Rather than balance transferring it and paying the % fees
Or can I ring them and ask if they'll reset it if I pay it off now?
Cheers
James
