ESA change or circumstances - but I alread told them!

I've just received an ESA change of circumstances form - relating to having a lodger that they only just seem to know about. I'm about 6 weeks into a new ESA claim. I've had a lodger for the whole time. I wrote his details on the original form (had to ask DOB etc, he is claiming JSA and HB so fortunately didn't have to interrogate about income!) so I don't understand why they've only just twigged this. There's a whole other issue with his rent being taken off my ESA even though I use it to top up the rent as I'm only entitled to SRR here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4705197

Anyway - what should I do? Just fill the form in? Call them? I'm worried I've somehow said something wrong on the original form... although I put his details perhaps there is confusion over who's in the household? I thought we were separate households?
