Hmmm Virgin Mobile where to start!
I have previously been a Virgin mobile customer for a long time around 2 years ago so when I bought a new phone in March I thought why not give Virgin ago again.

Soon after I needed to request a new top up card.. I rang up and they said that my details did not match in the system and they could do nothing except waiting 30 days to see if the phone had been reported lost/stolen and if not they would send me one! - 30 days later!
It annoyed me the fact he had to mention the lost/stolen bit.

Then! I have just got off the phone again to them as I have sold my phone to a familly member and want to unlock this mobile so they can use it on Orange.
The website states you must of topped up at least £30, Which I have spent far far more than that. The customer services told me that they had no records of me topping up more than £15.
:mad: I topped up £20 when I bought the bloomin mobile!
I then rang back as recently Ive been topping up via my bank card as its very easy. So I looked on online banking and noticed Ive topped up £60 all together - and thats just from my card!

After calling back customer services again, They told me they could do nothing as the records were not showing even after I said I have loads of reciepts stuffed in draws and bank statements.

I am so angry with the recent service from Virgin mobile and considering completley scrapping there network.
