I know that he did say to me that I could pick a prize when I saw one I would like but it would have to be one where it wasn't a one off prize so he could order an extra one.

I don't know if perhaps they are sometimes trying to give lower value prizes instead?

When he offered me a different prize from another comp, the first thing I said to him was no not if it means another winner wouldn't get a prize as that wouldn't be fair, but he said no I would get an extra copy, seems he might be just trying to find out who I am in contact with and probably won't see this so called prize of the dvds!

So frustrating for you both. I had a similar issue with Totz2teens. After about six months and various emails (with me becoming more cross with each one) I got the prize with an added extra as compensation. I hope you get it sorted really soon.

A little bit trickier fighting so hard with a charity, though. I've always said if I win with The Big Issue I would make sure I bought a copy that week.

I won with them over a year ago (a book) and it got "lost" in the post so they sent a new one 3 months later.

I won the same competition - I only got the books as well. When I emailed, I was told that that the dvd boxset had been delivered by Royal Mail and must have been lost. I thought i was the only one who had not received it.

I was also told to let them know about any other competition prizes that I would like as replacement. But, seeing none of us have received, and have all been told the same thing - would have appreciated if they were honest about it.

I'm the same Vid, if they had been honest it wouldn't be so frustrating.... I just don't understand why, it's hardly a difficult prize to get hold of so if they do have them then just send them out???

( 1 ) I just called round our other offices by chance to see if by chance your parcel had been returned and it has!

Apologies, i have asked for the dvd to be posted to me and i will post it to you next week.

If you could let me know who the other person is who didnt receive the dvd then i will get in touch with them to help.

Surely if they have been returned he knows who hasn't got so why does he need us to get in touch?

Maybe it has been a genuine mistake and maybe they havn't put enough postage on the parcels or something? Seems very strange that they all were returned as undeliverable
