Discretionary payment and DRO
Hi Forum Members
Any advice on this?
I'll appreciate any reply!
My two questions are:
1) Should I apply for a Discretionary payment for rent and CTax
OR
should I not bother and just pursue a DRO?
Asking because unsure which one is quicker to say yes or no to me. My ESA payments cannot cover my essential outgoings and my debtors are not interested in this All they want to know is when will I be making payments

2) Is it possible to apply for both
OR
can you only apply for one?
Regards
Zoe
