Me and my girlfriend are looking to go away for a week, all-inclusive with a budget of around £400 each.

Is the Canaries our best bet?

Thanks - which resorts in Tenerife would best suit a young couple? We like a drink but don't think we'd be particularly fussy about being near banging nightlife.

take a look at either Playa or Los Cristionas, close enough to the airport {about 20/25 mins max transfer and taxis just outside arrivals for quick get away {handy after 4.5 hours flying from the UK} good range of hotels, nightlife close by but not "in your face". Also most of the main attractions right on the doorstep.
