Garage indemnity Insurance

Morning,
I have been requested by the buyers of my property to obtain indemnity insurance for the Garage. The garage is separate from the property and was built before i purchased it so i have no documentation.
Where would i go to get the indemnity insurance or is it something my solicitor should be able to assist with?

Solicitor should be able to help with that, but won't leave the comfort of their office so some legwork on your behalf (photographic evidence of location / situation for example) may be required to support it.0 -
