It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

Here at MacFormat, we love Literature and Latte. The Truro-based developer’s Scrivener application is the ultimate word processor for long-form writing (every journalist and writer should have a copy of this wee gem), and now they’ve released a superb mind manager too. Scapple is easy to use, but it has a power that belies its simplicity. It’s excellent for making notes and mapping the connections between them, and you can even drag your notes directly into Scrivener. Read all about it at literatureandlatte.com/scapple.php.
To celebrate the launch of Scapple, Literature and Latte has given us some excellent competition prizes. One lucky winner takes home an 11-inch MacBook Air, and copies of Scapple and Scrivener. Ten runners-up get the two applications.

Life beyond voluntary work scares me, but what else is there?
