Experian electoral roll system error

Experian aren't showing electoral roll and have a pre recorded message on their phone line saying its being fixed. It's been a few days now. Does anyone know how long these things take to fix? Currently being credit checked for a mortgage so this is a bad time for them to have system issues.

Very poor. Hopefully they will resolve this soon, but your credit check may be done via Equifax anyway.0
