I ordered a few items last week, they arrived yesterday.
One of the dresses was sent in the wrong size.
I phones the customer services and was asked if I could email pictures of the size label.
I did this and explained in the email that if possible, I'd need the dress replacing quickly as I needed it for an occasion at the weekend.
I received an email back saying that a replacement would be with me shortly and also details of how to return the original and how to claim back the postage I would have to pay to return. I assumed I would need to send the other one back before they sent the new one out.
Today a package turned up with the replacement dress, next day delivery by hermes.
Really impressed with the customer service. I obviously haven't sent the other one back yet and surely they realise the risk of not receiving it.
If I were to keep the other one I'm not sure if they could charge me as I paid with paypal. I will be sending it back as I'm not the sort to just keep it but it just got me thinking. I'm not aware of any other companies that would do this.
