POPLA solves its online appeal problem.

I contacted POPLA re their online system truncating long appeals.
In fairness to them, I received this response within 2 hours of my complaint,
MSE members should be advised to check that the confirmation they receive back contains all of their submitted appeal points.

We have been made aware that there has been an issue with online submissions being cut off, this has now been resolved.
A confirmation of each online appeal is automatically sent to the individual submitting the appeal so that they can check what has been received and alert us of any problems.
We are unable to comment on the individual case which you raise. Any queries received regarding this issue will be looked at on an individual basis.
