My OH often picks up diced beef for me. I like to drop it in a wok along with some red onion, courgette, a variety of peppers and some mushroom. I then mix up some beef stock, pour it over the contents of the wok and stir it all up.
Just before it's finished cooking I'll throw in some coriander, a little dill, and plenty of red chillies (just for me, the others can't stand the heat).0 -
Thanks for all the replies, I haven't actually used it yet as ended up just using up bits and pieces from the fridge as everyone was in at different times and no one wanted anything hot due to the weather.
There are some good ideas here though, will try to use it before next week!0 -
