Working Tax credits

Hi
Can anyone advise regarding working tax credits. On the form it says other income, do I include an annuity private pension that I am receiving. Have tried ringing HMRC but its costing me more than my tax credits claim !!
Thank you

Yes you do have to declare annuity private pensions.

    From their website:
If you receive an occupational or personal pension, you will need to give the full amount before any tax was taken off. You can find this information on your P60 or other certificates of pension paid. Also include any annuity payments from a pension scheme.

hi i was wondering if anyone could help.
im 22 and me and my husband were receiving income based job seekers allowance, i decided to op for the self-employment and i went on to the new enterprise allowance, i was referred to the princes trust and i got a £4000 loan from them. i am now taking part in some private courses to expand my business. before i went onto NEA i asked my advisor how would this affect my joint JSA claim and i was told we would be better off, she explained that our joint claim would change to a single claim for my husband and he would carry on signing on and i would get NEA for 26 week. but 4 weeks after signing off they stopped my husbands claim due to me being self employed. i still have not register for self employment and i am not earning much yet as i have just started and i am attending my training courses and trying to get my business running. is there anyway i could claim working tax credits? any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks
