Barclaycard PPI claim please help!

Hi, I have just received a copy of my credit card agreement in order to submit my claim for missold ppi. It is a very poor copy, most of the information has been computer generated and I have signed the form. There is a section regarding ppi protection plan, but there is no tick box to opt out, or in! Does this mean I have a strong claim for missold ppi as I would not have wanted it!
