I had a parking charge from parking eye a couple of weeks ago.
I used their online appeals form and wrote....."please supply me with photographic proof of the car windscreen that a ticket for the time and event ion question was or was not purchased. Not just a picture of car entering and leaving the car park,which proves nothing" Also I would like a complete breakdown of your charges.
I also added May I draw your attention to the last paragraph on your parking charge it states " We would like to remind you that,if you were the driver at the time of the parking event you are required to pay or appeal the parking charge" I would like to inform you that I was NOT the driver at the time of the event............Two days later I got an email stating that the parking charge was dropped. Yay0 -
