Scared and confused about credit hire/accident management

    The other insurance company is not going to pay two months of inflated car hire charges for a repair that should have taken 3-5 days at absolute tops.
    They will also only be looking to pay the equivalent rate of car hire charges that can be sourced locally for a car in similar spec to yours.
    Insurance companies have woken up to these accident firms with a loud trumpet in the ear.

    I don't want to panic you, but I would ignore anything you have been told on a telephone and start reading what you have actually signed very carefully.

    There may be trouble ahead.
