JSA sanction

Hello, recently had my JSA stopped due to a doubt has arisen, was due a JSA payment on the 13/7 but was aware i would not receive it due to the sanction had to apply for hardship payments which I did on the 10/7 the day of signing. It is now 17/7 and still not received any payment or reply to my application 😔 any advice welcome...

You do not normally recieve hardship payments for the first 14 days of a sanction. have you been awarded hardship?0
