VODAPHONE sent me hardcore !!!!!!

Once upon a time 2 weeks ago. My trusty contract Samsung E710' screen failed. I contacted Vodaphone direct and they offered me a factory recon replacement under the guarantee (they don't make new 710 anymore). It came free by courier. I tried it but the keypad locked up. Called Voda. they sent me another. This time the screen was also faulty. Called again and this time they offered me a new 710. So waited in again and it came. Seemed fine and looked new-ish. Anyway I was happy to get a phone after a week without.
Started to set it up and saw that the previous owners photos were on it! Videos of his baby! and all his downloaded !!!!!!. I am not talking about a few T & A. But all sorts of depraved smut. Cartoons of spiderman using his web to lure naked females on top his wang etc.
So I called them back and complained again. They were surprised as they say all recon phones are wiped before leaving the repair shop. Appologies all round

I am supposed to be getting a brand new 810 today to replace it. We shall see.?

That is shocking I would be wanting more then just a phone from them in this instance. ALL recon phones should have the memory cleaned for just that reason and if they aren't then someone should be investigating it....and I would want clarification that it is happening.
