Has anyone bought a car from Cargiant ?

I am planning to buy a second hand car at car giant - close to 10k. They look like a good option. Can I check if anyone has experience with buying a second hand car from them and how the experience was ?

Also any need to buy AA warranty just in case ?

Expect to get made to watch adverts with Mike Brewer and hard selling you finance, paint protection, warranties and gap insurance - you cant take long test drives so know what your buying before you go.

Choose the lowest mileage car and take into account the next service.

Don't expect the same customer service as with a main dealer if it goes wrong. Its a car supermarket with cheaper cars than the dealers if you don't buy their warranties.

Lots to choose from and you get a nice range of cars.

If I was looking for a late low mileage car, I would buy from them.

Many thanks. Very useful tips. Out of interest , will anyone one know any good dealerships i could also check out ? I am interested in an audit A4, year 2010 with aprox 60k milleage.

Try feeding your spec into autotrader - it'll give you a shortlist

Don't narrow it down. Look at a few in your price range and you'll have a clearer idea of the good and the bad.
