Tax credit payment day

Hi, just wondered if anyone else had their tax credit paid on a different day than usual? Mines normally a Monday, but I Got it last Friday.....and wondering now if ill get it this Friday or next Monday??
Tried ringing to ask but it's not THAT important to be on hold for 3 hours ;)

    Hi. Mine is always a Wednesday and I received it as usual today. The only time it changes is Christmas and New Year. I realise that is not incredibly helpful to you but at least you know nothing has changed for a mid-weeker! :)

    Thought it was because of a bank holiday but then realised it wasn't a BH on Monday! Weird. Ok, thanks!

    It was a bank holiday in Northen Ireland so payments due monday were advanced to last friday.
  • Ours is usually a Monday and got it last Friday aswell

    All payments due last Friday or on Monday would've been processed through on thursday, meaning they were in your account on Friday. Friday was a NI bank holiday.
