next day delivery turned into a month!!

i ordered a double pram with preciouslittleones.com on the 11.07 for delivery the next day, delivery turned up as expected but was the wrong pram i started to unpack anyway (says on the website sonetime packaging is recycled if boxes get damaged) but sure enough iy was the wrong pram ( not even a double) so rang the imidiatly and was told it would be delivered in 2-3 days and they would ring me to arrange delivery.... 3 days later NOTHING so rang again!! this time was told they stil had none in stock and what i should have.been told rather than 2-3 days is they would ring when in stock...now lookin at the website the pram is only avaliable for preorder for august!!!? my baby is due in 5 days and i brought the pram believing it would be.delivered next day! anyone know my rights with this?

Get a refund and buy elswhere, not much else you can do at this late stage.

i have.looked into refunds and have read on there site and been told thT could take up to 30 days so would be no better off

Have you tried asking them if they can do it quicker?
