I have to politely disagree. I made a book of recent holiday photos and I've very impressed with it. The quality was good, colours are great and the result is very professional looking. Obviously it depends on the quality of the photos you send. Make sure they're colour balanced and have good contrast etc.

It makes a handy thing to carry round and show people.

When you design your book you can mix it up, so on some pages I just have one big photo, other you can arrange several. Obviously a bigger book would be nicer but of course much more expensive.

I'm not sure whether it would quite be worth the full price (something like £8-9 with postage I think) but for £1 its fantastic.

My advice is go for it.

Mine were all holiday photos too :D

All very hi-res, in focus and top quality. I wish I could be bothered to hook up the scanner to show you, but I can't :rotfl:

I have given mine to the baby to have as its useless to show to people, you can hardly make out some of the pictures.

    This is a great grabbit!
I have ordered one, but not recieved it yet (got the despatch e mail).
What I hadn't realised until almost the end was that you can use another photo on each page as the background, so in totall I put about 70 photos into mine!
I accept that it is small, but at least it gives you the idea. Good spot.

Just on the ASDA mugs bit ..
Lots of us ordered loads of these a few months back at 99p each, and they were rubbish! Badly positioned photos and worst of all sent through the post in a cheap cardboard box with no protection! About half of my 12 were smashed on arrival and they refunded, but would not replace!

Have you tried changing your screen resolution,
try right clicking on your desktop selecting properties,
then setting and move the screen resolution up,
click apply if it doesnt look right say no to keep changes
try move the screen res slider up a bit more and try it again.
