Lost Nationwide Select card - online statements gone

Lost my Select card and reported it. A replacement will be sent.

Meanwhile the account has disappeared from the online system so I can no longer view/download statements. Now I generally save them out, but I am missing a few.

Any idea if I can get online access to these restored?

I'm kicking myself - I should have downloaded them before reporting the card lost. I remember my NW Gold statements disappeared when I got upgraded to Select, though they did warn about that before hand.

I had the card back within a couple of hours (somebody found it). Too late, of course.

You probably won't get access to them online again but you can ask for historic copy paper statements. If they try to charge you just raise a complaint stating a) the charge is for copy statements. As you never received paper statements they aren't copies, they'll be originals - the first you've ever received and b) you're only having to request them due to failings in their online system.
