  • My wife loves Rooibos tea (redbush, in English) - it's a South African tea, readily available in supermarkets and it's not bad at all.

I used to enjoy rosehip tea when I was pregnant - it's fruity without being too sweet and full of vitamin C. :)

  • It must be quite common going off coffee when pregnant. I know I did. I didn't drink it again for a few years. Sorry can't add to the tea suggestions.

I drank Redbush tea whilst pregnant, Tesco sell Tetley Redbush tea or you can get it in Holland & Barret etc. It is similar to regular tea but I found just different enough to make it palatable and it can be drunk with or without milk so usually drank it black but very now & then when I was having a nausea-free day (few & far between!) I had it with a drop of milk in like regualr tea & it was heavenly:D I also found myself drinking hot ribena & warm milk, can't stand either of these things usually but funny things happen to you whilst pregnant.........
